DELIVERIES

Our dedication to quality service at SILK7™ extends to our shipping practices. We do our utmost to ensure that the orders are packaged securely and shipped out to our customers in time. Help us help you by verifying that the shipping the address you provided is correct before confirming the order and sending us your payment.

Processing

Processing for most orders before shipping is completed within 1 business day after we receive payment confirmation. 

Orders placed before 2:30PM from Monday to Friday will ship on the same day. Orders with Overnight shipping service placed on Friday after 3:00PM will not ship until Monday.

Delivery time

Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked online. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery domestically (Within NZ), or 1 week internationally.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping for all SILK7™ orders over NZ$100.00 anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.

Orders value less than NZ$100.00 will incur NZ$5.40 as a standard shipping fee & NZ$7.70 for Rural delivery.

Pick Up 

We allow orders to be picked up from our store in Manukau, Auckland. Please contact us for more information. 

International orders/ shipping

We use DHL to ship internationally.  For orders over $250NZD, we provide free shipping. 

Note: If you are facing any difficulties to place an order. Please email through your orders to: sales@silk7.co.nz and we will process it for you on our end.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours. 

RETURN

Return policy

We stand behind the quality of our product and committed to service excellence in everything that we do. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we do everything in our power to promptly address your needs.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 working days for a replacement or a full refund. We guarantee that you are fully protected by the 100% money-back return policy.  

 

Replacements/ Refund 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  In order for us to complete a full refund, we must inspect the damaged product. The customer will need to return the damaged or faulty SILK7™ pillowcase at their own expense. Shipping costs are to paid by customers and are non-refundable.

We will contact the customer for approval or rejection of the refund. 

If approved, we will credit the full amount to the customer OR send a replacement SILK7™ pillowcase.
